Read this before ordering. It describes exactly what our products are, what they are not, and the responsibilities that pass to you as a purchaser of research chemicals.
Research use only
All products sold by Element Labs are supplied strictly as laboratory reference materials for in-vitro research and analytical use. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements or medical devices. They have not been evaluated or approved by the US Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.
Not for human or animal use
Products must not be administered to humans or animals by any route, and must not be used in food, drugs, cosmetics or household applications. Purchasers assume full responsibility for ensuring that products are handled by qualified personnel in appropriately equipped laboratory settings.
No medical advice
Nothing on this site — including product descriptions, compound reference data, the reconstitution guide, certificates of analysis or correspondence with us — constitutes medical, veterinary or dosing advice. Research summaries describe published literature in cell and animal models and do not imply any effect in humans.
Certificates of analysis
Certificates are issued by an independent laboratory and published as received. They report the identity, potency, purity and sterility of the specific lot tested, by the methods referenced, and nothing more. A certificate is not a safety assessment, a regulatory approval or a statement of fitness for any application. Element Labs has not independently re-tested material and relies on the laboratory's findings.
Regulatory status
Element Labs is a supplier of research chemicals. It is not a pharmacy, compounding pharmacy (under sections 503A or 503B of the FD&C Act), drug manufacturer or healthcare provider. Purchasers are responsible for confirming that the purchase, import, possession and use of any product is lawful in their jurisdiction.
Hazard and handling
Research peptides and reagents may present hazards that are not fully characterised. Consult available safety information, use appropriate personal protective equipment and dispose of material in accordance with local regulations. Keep out of reach of children.
