Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and legally able to enter into a contract. By ordering you represent that you are purchasing for laboratory research use, that you are qualified to handle research chemicals, and that you will comply with all laws applicable to their purchase, possession and use in your jurisdiction.

Research use only

All products are sold as laboratory reference materials for in-vitro research and analytical use. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements or medical devices, have not been evaluated by the FDA or any regulatory body, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

• Using any product for human or veterinary consumption, administration, treatment or diagnosis is prohibited.
• Reselling, relabelling or misrepresenting products as anything other than research material is prohibited.
• Violating any applicable local, state, federal or international law or regulation is prohibited.

We may refuse or cancel any order, and close any account, where we have reason to believe these conditions are not met.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice; the price at the time of order applies. An order is accepted when it is dispatched. We may cancel an order before dispatch for any reason, including a pricing or listing error, in which case you are refunded in full. 10-pack pricing applies to ten vials of a single lot.

Certificates of analysis

Certificates are documents issued by an independent laboratory and are published as received. They describe the identity, potency, purity and sterility of the lot tested by the methods stated. Element Labs does not independently re-test material and makes no representation beyond the laboratory's findings. A certificate is not a warranty of fitness for any purpose.

Shipping, returns and risk

Shipping and returns are governed by the Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery; title passes on payment in full.

Intellectual property

The site, its text, photography, certificates layout and the Element Labs name and mark are owned by Element Labs or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Compound names are used descriptively.

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

Products are supplied "as is" for research purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Element Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Element Labs against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, including any use of a product other than for laboratory research.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute is subject to the courts located there. We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
